2) Will I be able to see a prototype before placing my order?
Yes, of course! Before any custom bag order proceeds into production,
we require that you see and approve of the bag.

3) How long do I expect to get the sample?
After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 3-4 days.
The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 workdays.
You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.

4) How long is the production lead time ?
Generally our lead time is approximately 10 days depending on the quantity,
however if your order has a hot deadline we will do our absolute best to meet your deadline.

5)OEM service is accepted?
OEM service is available.
